The challenge
My Vehicle Maintenance is a full-service workshop in Masterton: servicing, WOFs, tyres, panel and paint, auto electrical. Rachel reached out for a simple reason: the previous setup was expensive, and she couldn't see what she was getting for it. No clear tracking, no real numbers, and a website that wasn't pulling its weight for a business with this much to offer.
The approach

The results
The new site doubled MVM's organic traffic record: 194 clicks in 28 days against an all-time best of 100 before the rebuild, nearly two and a half times what the site was doing when we took over. Ads are performing with tracking Rachel can actually read, and the total cost is around $1,200 a month less than before. Same goal every month: more bookings, clear numbers, no black box.
